It’s 3 weeks of dedicating a little of your time and energy to changing your life. 3 weeks! That’s it! This challenge is designed to help you lose body fat, tone and sculpt your body. The best part is you don’t even have to go to the gym if you don’t want. The challenge includes both gym and at-home workouts and a guide that tells you exactly which exercises to do every day and instructional videos to show you how to do them properly.
